Natalie Collins started Core Balance Fitness in 2015 as a ‘boutique style’ personal training studio, however, Covid-19 opened the doors (literally) to new possibilities. Now, Core Balance Fitness is ‘mobile’ and comes to you! With 20+ years certified through the American College of Sports Medicine and personal training experience owner and trainer, Natalie train with all fitness levels, from young teenagers to the young at heart! Core Balance is able to offer both private and small group training sessions in Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo! Virtual training is still a great source when needed, FaceTime or Zoom. With her years of functional training style experience, Natalie focuses on core strength, balance, and an overall wellbeing that will last into your golden years.
